    "description": "寛永12年（1635）6月21日、諸大名が江戸城御広間に残らず召し出され、起草した儒者林羅山が読み上げた。その後、細川家ではすぐに写して親しい旗本榊原織直、仙石久隆、曽我古祐に廻した。各大名家ではさらに家老以下家臣たちもがそれを写した。\r\n本文書は松井家で写され、松井家臣たちに共有されたもの。注目されるのは4条目、不測の事態が生じても幕府の許可がなければ諸大名は出兵できなくなった。このために、寛永14年10月に勃発した島原・天草一揆への初動は遅れ、一揆の拡大と原城籠城につながった。",
